Greater Sudbury Housing Corporation (GSHC) was incorporated under the Ontario Business Corporations Act on December 14, 2000. Our principal activity as a municipal corporation is the provision of socially-assisted housing for the City of Greater Sudbury.

Applying for Housing

All new  applications  for rent-geared-to-income assistance are accepted and  processed by the City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services.  They are  responsible for maintaining  a centralized  Housing Registry  to manage the waiting list for  rent-geared-to-income units.
