When will I start paying this charge?
Beginning April 1, 2003, parking fees will be applied to tenants who own a vehicle. The charge will start upon your next annual income review and with any new tenancies.
How much will I be paying?
A
year round underground parking fee (regardless of type of
vehicle / trailer - motorized -licensed or not) at Rumball
Terrace of $15.00 per space per month shall apply and be
raised to $20.00 per space per month effective July 1, 2007.
Where
the GSHC provides parking / hydroelectric plug-ins, a year
round fee of $7.00 per space per month and raised to $10.00
per space per month on July 1, 2007. This fee shall
apply regardless of type of vehicle / trailer - motorized
/licensed or not, or if outlets are used or not.
