The Housing Corporation is now allowing all tenants to
participate in Personally Authorized Payments (PAP).
This will allow your rent to be automatically withdrawn from
your bank account each month to make your rent payment.

Who Can Use PAP?
Any tenant with a stable source of
income. If your income changes every month, then
your rent will also change so you won't be the best
candidate for PAP. If you source of income (and your
rent payment) stays the same from month to month, you are
eligible to use PAP
How Do I Start Using PAP?
You have to fill out an application
form, and return it along with a cheque marked VOID to the
Housing Corporation office. If you complete and return
this application by the 15th of any month, we can have you
set up for automatic withdrawal by the 1st of the next
month.
