Effective April 1, 2003, the GSHC Board of Directors has
authorized a $20.00 administration fee to tenants whose
payments are returned as NSF (non-sufficient funds) by their
banking institution.
Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your bank
account before issuing a cheque to the Housing Corporation
to avoid this administration fee.
