Under the
terms of the lease you have
signed with
the Greater Sudbury Housing
Corporation,
you have agreed that you would not
construct or
install a fence ( or other structure)
without
written permission of the Greater Sudbury
Housing Corporation.
As explained in
Article 23: Alterations,
“The
tenant shall not make any
alterations to the rental
unit or alter the
equipment or install fixtures in the rental
unit,
("alterations" ),without the prior written
approval
of the landlord.”
Fences or
other structures that are installed without written
permission are a violation of the terms of your lease,
and you will be required to remove them at your own
expense.
