Roofing
Replacement of the
roof, including an insulation upgrade.
241 Second Ave North (Birkdale)
Basement Repairs and Waterproofing
Excavation, repair and waterproofing of
six townhouse blocks at this complex.
Various Properties
Gas Metering Changes
Replacement of individual gas meters on units with bulk
meters for each block at three townhouse complexes.
Cabot Park
New Windows
Replacement of aging
windows with new, more energy efficient models.
1960 A & B Paris Street
Fire Alarm Panel Phase 2
The fire alarm panel
was replaced in 2011. The second phase of the project
will consist of the replacement of detectors and pull
stations with modern, addressable units.

plan to accommodate budget constraints and other factors may
result in the deferral, cancellation, or the increase or decrease in
